Incorrect Orders

  • If the items you receive are not as ordered please email us at We hope this is an unlikely occurrence, but if this does occur we will make good your order or offer a full refund.

Returning Goods –

  1. We accept returns in the event of you receiving the wrong order or if the products are damaged upon delivery.  In the event of damage, you must notifiy us in writing to within 24 hours of receiving the damaged products with accompanying photo evidence of the damage. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We suggest returning items via a tracked service. 
  • Please return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a clear note of the refund you require.
